  1. In a pan, heat ghee. Add the chopped dry fruits and stir them for a while. Once they are roasted, add the vermicelli and saute it for a while..
  2. Now add milk to this and stir it properly. Once you start seeing that milk is reducing, add soaked dates paste and stir well..
  3. The consistency now will be thickening and now you can add sugar (according to your taste) or even Jaggery is great..
  4. Properly stir everything and let it simmer for sometime. Put off the gas. Serve hot or cold, by garnishing it with dry fruits and kesar strands.Sheer khurma is ready..
