  3. Heat ghee in a pan and dry roast chopped dry fruits till golden...take them out.
  4. In the same pan put a little crushed cardamom and clove and sauté for 10 seconds...add vermicelli and roast till golden brown.
  5. Boil the full fat milk till reduced to half.
  6. Put this milk and chopped dates to roasted vermicelli and cook for 5-6 mins till the dates are well absorbed and vermicelli are tender.
  7. Add mama or khoya.
  8. Put saffron milk and mix well.
  9. Add sugar as per your taste..
  10. Add dry fruits and mix everything well.
  11. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
