Sheer Khorma making process:
- Place a frying pan on stove add ghee and heat it Now fry the pistachios, cashews, chirongi and almonds till golden..
- Take them out and keep in a plate Now in the same pan add cardamom,in the ghee and vermicelli and roast it till golden brown..
- On the other hand Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan Now add hot milk to the vermicelli pan and stir..
- Let it cook about 5-7 minutes on low flame Now add condensed milk and stir..
- Add the fried dry fruits leaving a few for garnish Now add raisins too. And let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes..
- Towards the end add rose water Remove from the flame..
- Transfer to the serving dish..
- Garnish with the dry fruits kept aside..
- Keep in the fridge about 2 hours before serving Now ready to serve and relish..
Eid festivities are kind of incomplete until and unless you have Sheer Khurma! Sheer Khurma; a dessert ideal for Eid al-Adha or Eid-ul-fitr?
