- Add 1 litre Milk and allow it to boil and cook. Take the other half litre Milk and boil. From that take some in bowl and soak 3/4 th of dates for 15-20 minutes. Then grind it with the rest of the milk. Add this to the vermicelli and milk mixture..
- Now in a mixer jar take all the nuts and raisins and almonds and dates. Keep some for Garnish. Grind coarsely to a powder. When the vermicelli is cooked add the sugar and the powdered nuts. Let it cook until sugar dissolves. Add more milk if the consistency is thick. When almost done, add the condensed milk and few Saffron strands.
