  1. In a pan, add milk, sugar and cardamom seeds, mix well and bring to a boil stirring continuously..
  2. In another pan, add ghee and let it melt, add dry dates and fry for 1 minute..
  3. Add cashewnuts, pistachio and almonds. Fry for 2 minutes and set aside..
  4. In milk, add fried vermicelli, mix well and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes..
  5. Add fried nuts, mix and simmer for 10 minutes..
  6. Add kewra water and mix well..
  7. Serve hot..
