- In a sauce pan heat 2 tbsp ghee roast cashew, raisin almonds,chironji and dates on low flame for 1-2 minutes. Transfer it in a plate..
- In the same pan add ghee roast seviyaan till they become golden brown in colour on low flame. Stir continuously.turn off the flame. let it cool..
- Now add milk in pan and boil it on low - medium flame till it become little thick. Stir continuesly now add roasted dryfruits.Mix it well..
- Add sugar, roasted seviyaan and cardamom powder. Simmer it for 5-6 minutes. Turn off the flame..
- Garnish with fruits..
