Seviyan is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It's simple, it's fast, it tastes delicious. It's appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look fantastic. Seviyan is something that I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have seviyan using 5 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients requirements for Seviyan:

  1. Provide 1 packet for vermicelli.
  2. Need 150 gms/2 cups sugar.
  3. Provide 2 tbsp for Elachi powder.
  4. Require As required Dry fruits (cashews,badams, raisins, dry dates).
  5. Give As required - Oil/Ghee.

Seviyan process:

  1. Firstly roast vermicelli, in a pan/sepri, at least for few minutes and then put oil/ghee, roast till it becomes little brown and then add elachi powder, then put slowly little water accordingly, then put sugar and go on stirring and cover for 5 minutes..
  2. Then put all dry fruits and cover the sepri for few minutes in low flame and serve hot and it's taste very sweet..
