  2. For filling in a bowl mix all chopped vegetables and add garlic ginger paste + salt+ green chilli sauce+ soya sauce and mix well..
  3. Now divide the dough in small equal parts and roll it.. now put sum filling in center of rolled dough and fold it like given in picture.
  4. Like that prepare all the wontons.
  5. Now in left over filling will add two and half glass of water, sum salt, vinegar, soya sauce and green chilli sauce to taste.. and wen comes to boil will add the wontons in it and keep boiling for 10 minutes on medium flame...
  6. Serve it hot.

How to cook and serve wonton soup? The soup is the simplest thing once you are done with wrapping your wontons. Boil together vegetable stock and grated ginger. Add mushroom granules (or salt) to suit your taste. Add wontons to the soup, and cook until wonton floats, indicating that they are fully cooked.
