  6. Provide 1 tbsp for ginger-garlic green chilli - paste.

  15. Prepare 2 tsps soya sauce.
  16. Provide 1/2 tbsp for chilli sauce.

  19. Give 2 tbsps spring onion finely chopped.

  4. Heat oil in an aebleskive/appam pan and drop the dumplings in the oil and fry till it turns golden brown.(you can also deep fry the veg balls).
  5. Heat oil in a large wok and once the oil is hot add the chopped garlic, green chillis and ginger and stir fry on high for a few second,next toss in the spring onion.
  6. Reduce to medium heat and add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well and cook for 2 mts. Add the vegetable balls and stir fry for another 3 mts. They should retain their crunch.
  7. Turn off heat. Garnish with the chopped spring onion greens.
