  10. Add the Julian Chopped Capsicum,Green chilli paste,Soya sauce,Vinegar and mix on a fast gas..
  11. Alter the taste as per your taste and don't let it soften and keep it crispy..

  13. Once it cools down put it in the springroll sheets about 1/2 tbsp Stuffing..
  14. Take 2 tbsp Maida and add some water and make a batter..
